The Caversham Butcher offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

These terms are laid out for you here and form the basis of the agreement for the sale and purchase of goods, you should read these as they affect your rights and liabilities.

ORDERS

Orders placed after 11am, will be on a next day delivery service. We aim to deliver within a maximum of 2 working days after receiving your order. At times we might require longer particularly during peak gift seasons or if there is a high demand for a particular product – we will contact you by email if this is the case.

All weights are approximate.

The receipt of an order from our website constitutes an offer to purchase goods. All orders are subject to availability of stock. Orders are accepted based on the details you supply for quantities, size and acceptance of suitable method of payment. The description of the goods and some images provided on the web site aim to show a clear representation of the goods.

To cancel an order. You must contact us as soon as possible on 0118 947 5939 before 12 noon the same working day of the order so that a refund can then be made.
